The 4 rules that stop almost every scam
Never run a command or file someone sends you
mshta, PowerShell, cmd, .exe, .bat: no reason is ever good enough. Block and report.
Only log in on roblox.com
Check the address bar. Fake login pages and "value checkers" steal your cookie.
Never paste code in your browser console
It gives the person who sent it full control over your logged-in account.
Don't click trade links from strangers
Use the private server RBLXValue gives you in the Trade Center instead.

Scam Warnings
Think your account is hacked?
- On a different, clean device, change your Roblox password and use "Log out of all other sessions".
- Turn on 2-step verification, and change your Discord and email passwords too.
- If you ran a file or command, disconnect that PC and scan it (Microsoft Defender Offline scan), or reinstall Windows.
- Contact Roblox Support if items or Robux were taken, and report it to us so we can warn others.
