To provide a functional trading calculator, profile ecosystem, developer API services, invite system, and customer support, we collect and store specific information directly linked to your interactions with our platform:

• — Account Identifiers: Roblox User ID, Discord User ID, Roblox Username, and Roblox Display Name.
• — Email Address: Your email address may be collected when you create or manage an RBLXValue API account, activate or manage API services, request API-related support, or otherwise provide your email address to us for account or support purposes.
• — Profile Customisation: Roblox headshot image (cached via the official Roblox Thumbnails API) and public platform profiles.
• — Login Sessions: A session identifier or equivalent session data is stored solely to keep you logged in for up to 30 days without requiring you to authenticate again each time you visit the platform.
• — API Information: API key metadata, subscription information, API usage statistics, request timestamps, and information required to operate and secure your API access.
• — Platform Features: Saved MM2 inventories, published trade advertisements, and chat/message history within our on-site features.
• — Referral & Invite System: Total count of successful website invites, logs of who invited you, and linked referral milestone statistics.
• — Technical Information: Technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, device information, request information, and security-related logs may be processed when necessary to operate, secure, and protect the platform and API.

2. Email Communications

We use email addresses to provide essential communications related to RBLXValue accounts, API services, subscriptions, security, and support. This may include API activation emails, API key security alerts, account-related notifications, subscription information, and responses to support requests submitted outside of Discord.

Support emails, API activation emails, security notifications, and other service-related communications are sent using email addresses under the @un6107617.dev domain.

We do not use your email address for unrelated marketing communications unless you have separately provided consent where required. Your email address is not publicly displayed by RBLXValue and is not sold to third parties.

3. Roblox Login (OAuth)

When you click "Login with Roblox" we use the official Roblox OAuth 2.0 flow with the openid and profile scopes only.

We do not receive or have access to your Roblox password, Roblox email address, Robux balance, purchase history, friends list, or any other sensitive account credentials through our Roblox OAuth integration. We never request write access to your Roblox account.

4. Discord Integration (OAuth)

Optionally, you can link your Discord account via your profile. This uses the Discord OAuth 2.0 flow with the identify and guilds.join scopes.

The guilds.join scope is used solely to add you to our Discord server (if you are not already a member) and to assign you the appropriate platform role. We do not read your personal messages, DMs, or server lists.

5. API Services & Security

RBLXValue provides API services to developers. When you use our API, we may process technical information necessary to authenticate requests, enforce rate limits, monitor usage, prevent abuse, and maintain service security.

This may include API key identifiers or hashes, request timestamps, API endpoints accessed, usage counts, IP addresses, and other technical request information. We may temporarily disable API keys that are detected as publicly exposed or compromised in order to protect the account and the RBLXValue API infrastructure.

6. Hosting & Infrastructure

The stability, speed, security, and delivery of our website and API services rely on several infrastructure and technology providers:

• — Hetzner: Data collected and processed by RBLXValue is securely hosted on infrastructure provided by Hetzner Online GmbH.
• — Cloudflare: We route traffic through Cloudflare, Inc. for network performance, SSL/TLS protection, and security against malicious or automated traffic. Cloudflare may process technical network information such as IP addresses and request metadata.
• — BunnyCDN: We use BunnyCDN to deliver and cache images and other static media used by RBLXValue. Requests to these resources may involve technical information such as IP addresses and request metadata.

7. Analytics, Search & Website Services

We use third-party services to understand website performance, monitor search visibility, and help our pages become discoverable through search engines.

• — Google Analytics: Used to understand how visitors interact with RBLXValue. Depending on your privacy and cookie settings, this may process information such as pages visited, session duration, device information, and approximate location.
• — Google Search Console: Used to monitor and understand the indexing and search performance of RBLXValue in Google Search.
• — Bing Webmaster Tools: Used to monitor and understand the indexing and search performance of RBLXValue in Bing and related Microsoft search services.
• — IndexNow: We use the IndexNow protocol to notify participating search engines when pages on RBLXValue are created, updated, or removed. This is used to improve the timeliness of search engine indexing.

8. Cookie Consent Management

We use the open-source Silktide Consent Manager to manage cookie and privacy preferences. This tool allows visitors to control which optional cookies and similar technologies they accept.

We may use Google AdSense to display advertisements to sustain our platform. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure advertisements based on your activity and applicable advertising preferences.

Our databases and services are securely deployed and accessed through encrypted connections such as HTTPS. Passwords are never processed or collected by RBLXValue — authentication through Roblox and Discord is delegated to their respective OAuth systems.

Login session data is retained only as necessary to maintain your login for up to 30 days. Other personal and technical data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain account and API functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the security of our platform. Retention periods may therefore vary depending on the type and purpose of the data.

12. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Depending on your location and applicable privacy law, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or other applicable rights.

You can clear your saved inventory and advertisements at any time manually via the platform tools. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data and account information, contact us at [email protected] or open a management support query via our Discord server. We will process valid requests within a reasonable period and, where applicable, within the timeframe required by law.

RBLXValue and the personal data we store are hosted and processed on infrastructure located within the European Union. We handle personal data in accordance with the applicable requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable European data protection laws.

We apply the principles of data minimisation, purpose limitation, storage limitation, security, and transparency when processing personal data. Personal data is only collected and processed where necessary for the operation of RBLXValue, the provision of our API services, account management, security, support, or other legitimate purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Where third-party service providers are used to provide RBLXValue services, they may process limited technical or personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection requirements. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Union, appropriate safeguards are used where required by applicable law.
