1. Independent Value Comparison Platform

RBLXValue is an independent community platform that indexes and compares virtual item valuation data from multiple publicly available market sources, including MM2Values and SupremeValues. RBLXValue does not establish, control, own, or guarantee the values published by those sources.

RBLXValue provides aggregated analytical comparisons for informational and community purposes. Values may change without notice and should not be treated as guaranteed market prices, financial advice, or guarantees of what an item can be traded for.

Data displayed on RBLXValue may be automatically collected, processed, compared, and updated at regular intervals. We do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free at all times.

2. Accounts & Authentication

RBLXValue accounts may use official Roblox OAuth authentication and, where applicable, Discord OAuth authentication. You must be the legitimate owner or authorized user of any account used to access RBLXValue.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication methods and for activity performed through your RBLXValue account. You must not attempt to access another user's account or authentication information.

RBLXValue may apply additional verification requirements to account registration, API access, creator participation, or other platform features in order to prevent abuse, fraud, spam, or automated account creation.

3. Inventory Data & Public Profiles

Inventory information submitted through RBLXValue's trading tools may be stored within our database infrastructure in order to provide profile, inventory, trading, and related platform functionality.

By maintaining information as public on your RBLXValue profile, you authorize RBLXValue to display that information through the platform's public profile and related features.

Users may use available profile controls to modify, hide, or delete eligible user-submitted information. Certain technical, security, legal, or administrative information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Moderation, Restrictions, Bans & Appeals

RBLXValue may restrict or terminate access to accounts, features, API services, or community integrations when users violate these Terms of Service, applicable platform rules, community guidelines, or engage in malicious, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

Depending on the severity and circumstances of an incident, enforcement actions may include:

• — Temporary Restrictions: Access limitations ranging from 1 to 30 days or another period determined by RBLXValue based on the circumstances.
• — Permanent Restrictions: Permanent loss of access to specific features or the entire RBLXValue platform.
• — Data Removal: Removal of user-submitted content, inventory information, advertisements, or other platform data associated with an enforcement action where appropriate.

Severe violations may include, but are not limited to, doxxing or exposing real-life personal information, distributing illegal or harmful material, attempting to compromise platform infrastructure, abusing API endpoints, fraud, or deliberately attempting to circumvent security or moderation systems.

Users can view their enforcement information and submit an appeal through the official RBLXValue appeal system at rblxvalue.com/appeal.

An appeal may be submitted even when an enforcement notice states that a ban is permanent or cannot be appealed. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee that the decision will be reversed, reduced, or otherwise changed. RBLXValue reserves the right to review appeals at its discretion.

Where an account is permanently terminated, RBLXValue may remove associated user-submitted content and place the account into an inactive or restricted state. Information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal, or administrative purposes may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. API Services & API Keys

RBLXValue provides API services that allow developers to access selected RBLXValue data and functionality. API access may be subject to subscription plans, rate limits, authentication requirements, and other restrictions published by RBLXValue.

API keys are assigned to individual accounts and must be kept confidential. You must not publicly publish, share, sell, transfer, or intentionally expose an API key.

• — Do not publish API keys in public repositories, client-side applications, screenshots, tutorials, or other publicly accessible locations.
• — Do not use another user's API key or attempt to obtain, intercept, or modify another user's credentials.
• — Do not use automated systems to bypass API authentication, rate limits, access restrictions, or other technical protections.
• — Do not use the API to abuse, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with RBLXValue infrastructure.

If an API key is suspected or confirmed to have been publicly exposed, RBLXValue may temporarily disable or revoke the affected key to protect the account and platform. Where available, the account owner may reset the API key through the developer portal. Resetting an API key does not automatically terminate an active subscription.

RBLXValue may enforce, modify, or temporarily restrict rate limits where reasonably necessary to protect platform stability, prevent abuse, or maintain service availability.

API availability, response times, endpoints, features, and data structures may change over time. RBLXValue does not guarantee uninterrupted API availability or backwards compatibility for every endpoint or version.

6. No Trade or Financial Liability

RBLXValue is an informational and analytical platform. Virtual item values are volatile and may differ significantly between users, trading communities, marketplaces, and valuation sources.

RBLXValue does not participate in, execute, guarantee, or facilitate individual in-game trades. We accept no responsibility for losses, failed trades, inaccurate negotiations, changes in item demand, changes in item values, or other consequences resulting from reliance on information displayed by RBLXValue.

Nothing provided by RBLXValue constitutes financial, investment, legal, or trading advice.

7. Acceptable Use

Users are strictly prohibited from using RBLXValue in ways that could compromise the platform, other users, or third-party services, including:

• — Aggressive backend web scraping, excessive automated requests, or unauthorized redistribution of RBLXValue services or data.
• — Intercepting API tokens, credentials, session information, or other security information belonging to another user.
• — Forging database entries, spoofing inventory statistics, manipulating platform data, or attempting to create misleading platform information.
• — Using automated request architectures to bypass rate limits, authentication requirements, access restrictions, or security controls.
• — Attempting to gain unauthorized access to RBLXValue servers, databases, APIs, accounts, or administrative systems.
• — Using RBLXValue to distribute malware, phishing links, scams, illegal material, or other harmful content.

8. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Data

RBLXValue does not claim ownership of trademarks, names, logos, valuation systems, or other intellectual property belonging to third parties such as MM2Values, SupremeValues, Roblox Corporation, or the developers of Murder Mystery 2.

Third-party names, trademarks, links, item names, images, and related references may be used on RBLXValue for identification, informational, analytical, or community purposes. Such references do not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless explicitly stated.

RBLXValue's own website design, software, API implementation, documentation, original content, databases, branding, and proprietary systems remain the property of RBLXValue or their respective owners unless otherwise stated.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

RBLXValue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website, API, database, Discord integrations, or any other platform feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or free of errors.

We may perform maintenance, upgrades, security changes, data updates, or other technical work that temporarily affects availability.

10. Invite Reward Program

RBLXValue may operate an invite reward program that allows registered users to earn in-game Murder Mystery 2 items by referring new members to the platform. Participation in the invite program is subject to the following conditions:

• — To qualify for a reward, each invited user must register using your personal invite link, add a minimum of 2 items to their inventory, and spend at least 5 minutes actively using the platform.
• — Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, bot-generated signups, and artificial inflation of invite counts are strictly prohibited.
• — Rewards are distributed manually by RBLXValue staff within a reasonable timeframe after qualification. Reward items are subject to availability and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value at our discretion.
• — Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or other compensation outside of the program.
• — RBLXValue reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of abusing the invite system, including the use of coordinated fake signups, VPN-based manipulation, or automated methods intended to simulate unique users.
• — RBLXValue reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the invite reward program. Pending rewards may be reviewed and honored or cancelled depending on the circumstances of termination.

11. Creator & Sponsorship Program

RBLXValue may operate a creator program that allows registered users to earn Robux by generating qualifying traffic and content for the platform. Participation is subject to the following terms:

• — Creators can receive a maximum of two (2) payouts per unique video submission. The first payout is processed exactly seven (7) days after the unique video link has been successfully added to the Creator Dashboard. A second payout may be requested manually through the official RBLXValue Discord ticket system if the video reaches higher eligible view milestones.
• — Creators classified as small or nano-creators are subject to a maximum payout of 10,000 Robux per calendar month. Views generated beyond the applicable monthly payout limit do not roll over or accumulate credit for future months.
• — To qualify for a reward, the creator's unique referral link must be clearly visible and accessible in the video description, bio, or pinned comment of the submitted content. Content must be directly relevant to Murder Mystery 2 trading, MM2 values, or RBLXValue.
• — The minimum threshold required to submit a video for any form of payout is 1,000 views per submission. The current reward rates are 150 Robux per 1,000 eligible views for TikTok content and 200 Robux per 1,000 eligible views for YouTube content, unless otherwise published by RBLXValue.
• — Self-referrals, fake views, botted traffic, purchased views, engagement manipulation, or any other artificial inflation are strictly prohibited. Metrics may be reviewed by RBLXValue staff. Abuse may result in disqualification, forfeiture of pending rewards, and platform or community restrictions.
• — Participants must be 16 years or older to participate independently. Creators between the ages of 13 and 15 must have written parental consent and a linked parent account where required for transfers or participation.
• — RBLXValue reserves the right to reject submissions containing misleading, inaccurate, harmful, fraudulent, or fabricated information, including unofficial or fabricated value lists, scam trading methods, or content that materially misrepresents RBLXValue.
• — Creators whose content violates these requirements may be required to remove references to RBLXValue within 48 hours of notification. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Creator Program.
• — RBLXValue may modify, suspend, or terminate the Creator Program and its reward rates. Unless otherwise stated, changes apply to future submissions and do not automatically invalidate rewards that have already been approved.

12. Communications & Email

RBLXValue may use the email address associated with an account for necessary service communications, including API activation messages, security notifications, account notifications, subscription information, support communications, and other messages directly related to the operation of RBLXValue.

Service-related emails may be sent from an address using the @un6107617.dev domain. Users should treat unexpected requests for passwords, API keys, or authentication codes as suspicious and should never disclose sensitive credentials through email.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RBLXValue and its operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of or inability to use the website, API, account system, Discord integrations, data, or other platform services.

This includes, where legally permitted, losses resulting from downtime, data inaccuracies, API interruptions, account restrictions, third-party service failures, deleted content, failed trades, changes in virtual item values, or unauthorized access caused by a user's failure to protect their own credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

RBLXValue processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we process it, how long information may be retained, and how users can exercise applicable privacy rights.

By using RBLXValue, you acknowledge that certain information may need to be processed to provide accounts, authentication, API services, security, support, moderation, and other platform functionality.

15. Third-Party Services & Links

RBLXValue may integrate with or link to third-party services including Roblox, Discord, MM2Values, SupremeValues, hosting providers, analytics services, content delivery networks, payment providers, and other external services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, and rules. RBLXValue is not responsible for the availability, security, content, policies, or actions of third-party services.

16. RBLXValue & rbxvalue.com Are Separate Services

RBLXValue is completely independent from rbxvalue.com. RBLXValue is not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, operated by, or otherwise connected to rbxvalue.com.

References to RBLXValue must not be interpreted as references to rbxvalue.com, and references to rbxvalue.com must not be interpreted as references to RBLXValue.

17. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in the Netherlands, except where mandatory provisions of applicable consumer or other laws provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory rights or protections that users may have under applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

RBLXValue may update these Terms of Service when necessary to reflect changes to the platform, services, legal requirements, security measures, or other operational circumstances.

The latest version will be published on this page together with the applicable update date. Continued use of RBLXValue after an updated version becomes available constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.
