We do not establish, control, or own these market values. The data is aggregated for community convenience, updated automatically every 12 hours, and should be used strictly as an informational reference index.

2. Accounts & Authentication

Accounts are authenticated securely via official Roblox OAuth frameworks. You must be the legitimate owner of the registered Roblox account. You are entirely responsible for all analytical updates, trade advertisements, and chat histories generated by your session state.

3. Inventory Data & Public Profiles

Inventory listings inputted via our trading tools are retained within our secure database infrastructure. By maintaining an active public profile, you grant us the right to display this aggregate item counter. Users retain the operational capacity to manually purge their data logs or toggle visibility parameters via profile controls at any time.

4. Moderation Enforcements, Bans & Data Wipes

We operate a linked synchronization system across our website and official Discord infrastructure. Violation of platform regulations, community guidelines, or malicious activity will result in account restriction tiers:

• — Temporary Restrictions: Access limitations ranging from 1 to 30 days based on general behavioral infractions.
• — Permanent Full Ban & Data Wipe: Severe infractions—including but not limited to doxxing (exposing real-life personal information), distributing illegal media, or attempting to exploit platform endpoints—will result in an immediate permanent ban.

Upon execution of a Permanent Full Ban, all user-submitted inventory data and active trade advertisements will be permanently wiped from our database. The account layout will be locked irreversibly to a private default state, displaying a non-active status. Terminated account entities are strictly ineligible for asset recovery or appeals.

5. No Trade or Financial Liability

Virtual item valuation metrics carry implicit volatility risks. RBLXValue is an educational index tool; we offer zero financial warranties. We accept no liability for execution failures, unsatisfactory in-game transaction negotiations, or localized changes in digital item demand networks.

6. Acceptable Use Parameters

Users are strictly prohibited from executing the following behaviors:

• — Aggressive backend web scraping or unauthorized data redistribution.
• — Intercepting API tokens or modifying session variables belonging to other users.
• — Forging fake database entries or spoofing inventory statistics.
• — Utilizing automated request architectures to bypass localized rate limits.

7. Intellectual Property & Fair Use Credits

All brand titles, logos, and proprietary indexing systems corresponding to MM2Values and SupremeValues remain the sole intellectual property of their original developers. RBLXValue claims no ownership over their calculation assets and displays these metrics under educational Fair Use concepts by providing transparent links to their native domains.

All virtual in-game items, visual media renders, and character asset models are owned exclusively by Roblox Corporation and the Murder Mystery 2 development group.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

RBLXValue is deployed on an "as is" and "as available" model via our hosting infrastructure. We declare no warranty parameters regarding server uptime continuity, index algorithm perfection, or server network safety against unpredictable external exploits.

10. Invite Reward Program

RBLXValue operates an invite reward program that allows registered users to earn in-game Murder Mystery 2 items by referring new members to the platform. By participating in the invite program, you agree to the following terms:

• — To qualify for a reward, each invited user must register using your personal invite link, add a minimum of 2 items to their inventory, and spend at least 5 minutes actively using the platform.
• — Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, bot-generated signups, and any other form of artificial inflation of invite counts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent platform ban.
• — Rewards are distributed manually by RBLXValue staff within a reasonable timeframe after qualification. Reward items are subject to availability and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value at our discretion.
• — All rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or any other form of compensation outside of the program.
• — Sharkseeker Giveaway: Users with 15 or more qualified invites during the active giveaway period are entered into the pool. One winner is selected at random at the end of the period. The decision is final and non-contestable. RBLXValue reserves the right to cancel, modify, or extend the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
• — RBLXValue reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of abusing the invite system, including but not limited to the use of VPNs, coordinated fake signups, or any automated method to simulate unique users.
• — RBLXValue reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the invite reward program at any time without prior notice. Pending rewards at the time of termination will be honored at our discretion.
